Caroline Waterwall

Caroline began her real estate journey as a contract-to-close coordinator and executive assistant. From there, she continued into property management and further expanded her knowledge by obtaining her real estate license in 2019. She is extremely grateful to have started her real estate career, back in 2017, and to have worn multiple hats in the real estate industry. She now uses the skills and knowledge that she has gathered over the years as a sales agent. She now can provide excellent service to her clients all with an investor’s eye. Her business model is always putting her client’s needs first! She has always been dedicated to putting her maximum effort into what she is passionate about.

Caroline considers herself to be a hard worker who loves learning new things; she is open to different ideas and new ways of thinking. Communication is also key in this business! She is an avid listener and easily accessible to quickly respond to all her client's needs. She considers herself extremely lucky to have a career that allows her to help her clients find a perfect home in the great city!

Caroline grew up in Sugar Land, Texas. After high school, she moved to North Dakota where she was blessed to be able to devote herself to social services. She opened her home and heart to foster children in the four years that she spent in Minot, North Dakota. It was a rewarding experience and she hopes to continue that journey in the future. She moved to Austin, Texas in 2016 to be closer to her family and fell in love with this city! It has so much to offer and compliments her active lifestyle. Along with her passion for real estate, she is highly dedicated to health and fitness. You can find her at the gym or outdoors and running the many trails around the city.
