About Caroline

My journey in real estate has deep roots in my hometown of Ocean City, New Jersey. Born in Havertown, Pennsylvania, my parents had a dream of raising their children by the shore. By the time I was four years old, they made that dream a reality, moving our family to the Gardens neighborhood of Ocean City. I completed my education in the local school system, which further cemented my connection to this vibrant community.

When I headed off to college, the average value of a single-family home in Ocean City was around $165,000. After graduating from Rowan University in Glassboro with a BA in Communications, I returned home to find that the average home value had skyrocketed to $500,000. The local economy was thriving, fueled by tourism, real estate, and construction. It was then that I realized I wanted to be a part of this dynamic industry.

In 2004, I began my real estate career as an assistant to a Realtor at Prudential Fox & Roach, just as the market was beginning to soar. This experience has been incredibly enlightening, allowing me to meet amazing people and families every day. I am passionate about helping others find their dream shore homes, just as my parents did for our family. I look forward to continuing this journey and making lasting memories with the clients I serve.

Caroline is knowledgeable, responsive (super responsive), and typcially one step ahead of me when it comes to "what comes next." I take pride in being responsive to calls and texts, but Caroline puts me to shame. She is THAT good.
