Carolyn has been a resident of Nashville for almost twenty years. During that time, she has seen Nashville drastically evolve from a small city to “The Music City of the South” and she has been a part of it every step of the way. Carolyn began her real estate career a decade ago, when she worked on-site at a new residential construction development representing the developer. That experience provided a great foundation for Carolyn. Over the next several years, Carolyn expanded her services and began working with both buyers and sellers of condos, homes, new construction, land and multi-family dwellings.

The next step was inevitable, she struck out on her own opening Carolyn Akins Real Estate in 2015. This venture was forged out of her love of real estate and the joy of helping her clients with all aspects of their real estate needs. Her experience and knowledge of Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin’s various landscapes allow her to provide her clients with a solid foundation to relate to their every need.

Carolyn is now partnered with a property management company, Gluth Wright Property Management LLC, which allows her to add another level of services to her clients, both buyers and sellers alike.
