I’m Carolyn “Lyn” Arnold (Realtor® | License SA104601000), and I’ve spent more than 30 years helping families buy and sell homes across the Valley and neighboring communities.
My background includes leadership roles as Vice President at PAS Medical Conversions and Arnold Enterprises, a subdivision and home building/contracting company — experience that gives me a unique perspective on both the construction and sales sides of real estate.

Throughout my real estate career, I’ve worked with Coldwell Banker Brothers (2 years) and RE/MAX Fine Properties (26 years), and I am now proud to serve clients as part of Realty ONE Group.
Over the years, I’ve sold hundreds of homes and also provided financial services for my clients — ensuring that transactions were not only successful but also financially sound. My focus has always been on building trust, delivering results, and guiding clients with care every step of the way.
