Carolyn Barnes-Fairley

I began my real estate career in the Property Management field for a large corporation and worked my way up to Regional Vice President. In 2000 I decided to be a stay at home Mom and serve my community. In 2005 I began my career as a Realtor in my community of Kaufman County. I quickly realized that this was what I was meant to be! I have since help over 600 Families buy and sell homes all over Kaufman county as well as DFW. I have won the Top Producer Award for Re/Max Landmark for many years and I am grateful for the personal referrals and the support of my community which contributes to my success!

I have served as the chair of the Methodist Day School, two terms on the Building and Standards commission and currently serve on my second term as second chair on the Planning and Zoning commission with the City of Terrell.

I have a Luxury Home Specialist license, Staging Home Experts, Short Sale Specialist and Historic Home Specialist.
