Carolyn is a Miami Beach native who is deeply connected to the city she calls home. Having grown up alongside Miami’s evolution, she has witnessed firsthand its transformation into a world-class destination known for its unmatched lifestyle, culture, and global appeal.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Carolyn attended Ransom Everglades School and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. She later moved to London, where she attended the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, receiving an additional degree in Art Business.
Prior to joining Compass and the Nancy Batchelor Team, Carolyn built a strong foundation in business development, marketing, and branding through roles at some of Miami’s most prominent cultural and media institutions. Her professional experience includes the Pérez Art Museum Miami, The Miami Herald & Indulge Magazine, Whitehaus Media Group—publishers of Cultured, Bal Harbour, and LaLa Magazine—as well as South Florida PBS.
Carolyn’s passion for real estate is deeply tied to her love of architecture, design, and art—core elements that drive the industry. Her strong interest in interior design allows her to visualize a home’s full potential and strategically position properties to maximize market appeal.
Beyond real estate, Carolyn has a long-standing passion for aviation and has been flying for several years, sharing this interest with her father. She also values community involvement and philanthropy, influences instilled by her mother, Nancy. Carolyn hopes to dedicate time to her family’s foundation, which focuses on enriching and supporting the South Florida community.
Having been exposed to the Miami real estate market from a young age, Carolyn gained early insight into the city’s diverse neighborhoods and market dynamics. Under Nancy’s mentorship, she learned how to successfully guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process while meeting their individual homeownership goals.
