Highly recommended! As Canadians, we relied on Care to have a good knowledge of the greater Orlando area. We were only there for 10 days but Care found several condos that matched our needs. We appreciated her advice in negotiating the offer and her honesty and experience made us confident that we were making a good decision. Because it was a short sale, it took a long time to close, but Care kept us posted with any news on our deal. In addition, Care referred us to other experts - property management, an inspector, insurance, tax advice and more! What a wealth of info! Can't go wrong with Care.

I drive a school bus with Carolyn. I was on a field trip with Carolyn when I started to explain to her about my home situation. Carolyn was full of information and ideas for me. She came up with several options for me. I instantly felt so relieved there was a way out of this madness, Before the week was out Carolyn had arranged for me to short sell my home. She always kept me informed sent e-mails and text me. She would called right away and tell me if the bank needed any thing forms etc. She made the process so smooth. Other people and friends who had there homes up for sales for months never seem to get any where there homes have not sold yet. I have been recommening her to everyone who has the same situation My home sold very quickly and I was able to move on and leave the stress behind. I hope to be able to buy another home in the future and I will definitly be calling Carolyn

Care really did care about helping me find a new home. I didn't have a clue where to start, but she got me approved for down payment assistance money when no other agent I talked to even knew about it. Care was a blessing! She really does care -- seriously.
