Upon passing the stringent requirements of the Council of Residential Specialists, I earned the CRS designation, which is achieved by less than 4% of Agents Nationwide. In addition, my GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) demonstrates my commitment to providing the highest level of professional services possible. I also underwent the challenging education required to become a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a designation which provides me the strong understanding of complex issues in today’s turbulent real estate industry & knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners.
