Carolyn Caudill

Hi, I’m Carolyn Caudill! I’m a wife, a mom, a retired New Mexico State University Carlsbad administrator, a Carlsbad resident and a Realtor.

Living in Carlsbad for the majority of my life, I worked at NMSU Carlsbad for more than 26 years and have taught college business classes part-time.

I am passionate about assisting others in achieving their dreams. That passion is what inspired me to enter the field of education nearly 30 years ago. Now that same passion drives me as a Realtor to help you find and move into your dream home.
