We had to sell my sister's property in Richfield from out of state (Minnesota). Carol was so helpful in working through some of the complications that came up, dealing with well and septic tank issues. So professional. Photos were great. Got plenty of activity. Really good at accentuating the positive of a property. Would definitely recommend!!
