Carolyn was my realtor when looking to buy a home. From the beginning she reviewed my want list and desired location. She worked tirelessly to find homes to suit my request and stayed in constant contact sending many listings. When I narrowed the list she was available and set up house tours, multiple in a day. When a home was decided upon, she was on top the whole process and made all the necessary appointments and guided me through the process. She is a true professional and will work hard for you from beginning to end.

Carolyn Francis is a well equipped real estate professional who will not disappoint you. Carolyn has an outstanding bedside manner in dealing with clients and opposing buyers/sellers and their agents.

I was able to accomplish over 99% of my Real estate business with her over the internet based upon her up to date technology (she drew the line at moving my furniture, but she did try to sell it).
