Carolyn Gdowski

Carolyn Gdowski was born in Colorado and raised in Wyoming as a rancher’s daughter which instilled in her a strong work ethic from the start. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with an English education in K-12 teaching degree. Beginning in 1992, she built a successful mortgage business as a result of her organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity. She consistently served as a top mortgage lender in Northern Colorado and was recognized as Affiliate of the Year by the Greeley Board of Realtors.

In 2002, Carolyn met her husband, Chris, while training for a marathon. They were married that same year, and she also became a stepmom to two beautiful children, Meagan and Connor. They adopted their first baby, Blake, in February 2006 and adopted their second baby, Makayla, in November 2007. She and Chris feel extremely blessed to be adoptive parents and cherish the gift of unselfish love provided by their birth parents.

In 2007, Carolyn went on to become a licensed realtor, giving her the opportunity to use her mortgage lending expertise to professionally guide clients through the entire real estate transaction.

In addition to real estate, they enjoy raising their four children. They love Colorado and what it has to offer them, whether it be in the Colorado mountains, the city of Denver, the change of seasons, or the amazing schools and the people.

Carolyn has a deep passion for giving and is always looking for ways to give. That passion continually makes her want to be a better person.
