This is my second home purchase using Carrie (one for residential and one for investment). She's been nothing short of amazing. I worked rotating shift work and Carrie was able to accommodate my schedule and booked all the properties I wanted to see in a timely manner.
She maintained constant communication throughout the whole process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.
I had a few bad experiences with realtors so I'll be sticking with and recommending Carrie for future house purchases.

She understood that we were in a stressful situation with our landlord who was selling the place and that we needed to find our first house very quickly. Carrie was absolutely amazing during a very stressful process. My wife and I were working with Carrie during a 3 month process between house shows to closing our house. Carrie also recommended for us to work with Mike Boscarino for our mortgage and he and Carrie were the absolute best,working in a situation of a world pandemic of COVID in the process as well. If anyone is interested in getting a home, Carrie and Mike will always be my first and only recommendation.

Carrie was professional, knowledgeable, open and honest about her thoughts when we were looking for our new home as she knew what we were looking for, and wanted to make sure we would be happy with our overall decision of the home we would select. Carrie was very patient with us as sometimes we would go through the houses a few times if that house was possibly going fit our needs and be considered. As we would show up with a checklist and tape measure. Once we found what we where looking for, Carrie would keep us up to date through out the process. If issues arose Carrie would take care of them to make it go smoother for us. Carrie would take our many phone calls at anytime and answer all our questions through out the buying process of our new home and selling of our old home. We enjoyed getting to know Carrie. We would defiantly call Carrie if we were in need of a real estate broker again and would recommend Carrie to our friends and family.
