Living in Boston, I was searching for a hands-on Real Estate Agent who would be able to get my home in Milton sold while working with an out-of-state owner. Carolyn came highly recommended by a friend who has worked with Carolyn on many of his properties. Aside from selling my home within 3 days of listing (very close to list price), it's what Carolyn did leading up to the sale that made her stand-out as an agent. My home needed significant renovations prior to listing. Living out of state, it would have been impossible to manage this without Carolyn's help. She made sure to meet every contractor at the home, worked to ensure they did what they promised, and kept me in the loop with pictures, videos, etc. She also helped guide me on what updates would bring the most return and helped manage those to completion. There were too many little things to mention that made her stand out (e.g. returning light fixtures that were unneeded back to Home Depot for a refund, cleaning up a mess made by a contractor, etc.). If you're looking for a hands-on Agent who will provide guidance on getting your home sold quickly and for the highest price, I would not hesitate to recommend Carolyn.
