After spending 20+ years in the lending side of real estate, Carolyn decided to move to the role of real estate as an agent! She picked the worst possible time, the crash of 2007/2008, but she learned some valuable lessons during those years. Her experience was gained by going through these hard years and learning about the basics of real estate, negotiating, contracts, time lines, inspections and much more. This experience allowed her to give the best service and advice to her clients! Carolyn loves taking care of clients throughout the process of a real estate transaction, whether it is selling a home or buying a home. There are so many seemingly small things that need to be addressed in any given transaction that can impact the overall outcome. Each client and transaction is a journey and unique. Combining her experience as a lender and a real estate agent gives her clients the best advantage in any situation! The service she provides is an "Expert Advisor".
