Carolyn Niemczyk

Carolyn has had 30 years of commercial real estate experience beginning her career in Farmingdale, NY, working with an industrial developer. She directed a construction rehab project at Trump Village, managed development of Sheraton Hotel for multi national co. in Queens, and developed shopping centers at Coop City in the Bronx. Before moving to Florida she managed a million sq.ft. of flex space, handled leasing and redevelopment of properties. Carolyn won awards for her contributions to environmental management of industrial properties. She has presented programs on Environmental Management at law schools and business conferences. She served on the Board of the LI Real Estate Institute at Post College and as Past President of LI International FAcility Management Assn. Carolyn has worked as commercial Broker in St Lucie WEst since 2002. Her clients have included Benderson Town Center, Riverside National Bank, Advanced Medical Imaging, Peacock Plaza, Peacock Professional Plaza and Interstate Business Park in Ft Pierce.
