Carolyn is very nice and very helpful. She helped us purchase our dream home on Lake Jackson. She is extremely familiar with the lake. She actually had sold the house we bought to the seller so she knew a lot about the property - even when and how much the dock was purchased for. She was very helpful in the negotiations. She also helped my wife's parents look for a house too. Although they have not bought yet, Carolyn has been nothing but patient. She has probably shown them no less than 20 houses over many days.
