My wife and I were able to buy our first home with Carolyn as our realtor. She’s awesome!

There were a lot of things that were new to us as first time buyers. It was a little scary and confusing, but it was so easy with Carolyn’s help! She was able to explain things well to us and help us understand anything we had questions about during the whole process from putting in an offer to the final walk through and closing. We were able to do an inspection and Carolyn was able to get us a home warranty for the first year of ownership as well.

She was easy to get a hold of to answer questions and was also quick to get back to our mortgage lender whenever they reached out to her.

We are lucky we were able to work with Carolyn and can’t recommend her enough.

Carolyn is the best! She worked with my husband and I back in December 2019, in our search to find our Forever home. Our goal was to move out of our rental by April 2020. We would send her listings that we found and she would send us ones she found, including those that weren’t on the market yet. Carolyn was patient with us as first time home buyers and answered all of our questions and concerns. We also had very specific items that were on our Must Have list so we knew finding that perfect home could take a while. But after only 2 months and what seemed like endless walkthroughs, we found the perfect house for us and in a great location. Carolyn hooked us up with a great team to finalize the details, finances, and inspector and kept us in the loop during that month long settlement period. We closed on 2/28/2020 and moved everything into our new home on 3/13/2020… just in time for the pandemic to shut the world down haha. We highly recommend Carolyn Prante for your Realtor needs.
