Carolyn Robinson

Carolyn is a native of West Virginia, later moving to Roanoke, Virginia. Having lived in and around the Roanoke Valley for many years. She continues to hold a Virginia Real Estate License. Carolyn's real estate career began in 1986 at Smith Mountain Lake, VA. Working for developers as well as selling general real estate has given Carolyn a true understanding of real estate from the start to the finished product. Watching raw land develop into subdivisions, homes, and multi-family buildings being built was invaluable. During her career as a Realtor, she has developed a keen understanding of the needs of both Buyers and Sellers of real estate. Her love of meeting and working with clients trying to find that perfect home or assisting them in marketing their present homes has become a lifelong passion. Carolyn is also a graduate of the Realtor's Institute obtaining the GRI designation achieved by only a small percentage of Realtors nationally. Carolyn visited St. Petersburg several times and fell in love with the area. The seed was planted, never to forget St. Pete and after a few years, she was able to make the move here. Since arriving in St Petersburg in 2001, She has continued her career assisting clients with all their real estate needs in the St. Petersburg area and makes her home on the beautiful island of Isla del Sol.
