With her broad industry experience, Carolyn is a deeply valued executive team member known for making key connections, building careers, leading inclusive teams, and leveraging her extensive network to connect people to opportunities. In her role as President & CEO of the Ebby Halliday Companies, Carolyn balances profitability with a “People First” approach.
Prior to assuming her current role, Carolyn served as Senior Vice President of the Ebby Halliday Companies, overseeing more than a dozen sales offices spread over several thousand square miles. Before that, she led the company’s top-producing sales office.
With high energy and a motivational style of leadership, Carolyn leads the Ebby Halliday Companies, which includes the widely admired Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate and Williams Trew brands, with a focus on achieving outstanding results. In 2023, that included $8.2 billion in residential real estate sales, once again cementing the Ebby Halliday Companies’ status as No. 1 in North Texas.
Energized by challenges and driven by an authentic desire to serve others and help shape the residential real estate profession, Carolyn’s career has been highlighted by her ability to create deep professional connections. She is especially successful serving as a calming force, all while creating transparency, setting priorities, and facilitating consensus among stakeholders.
Carolyn serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Regional Chamber, named National Chamber of the Year by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. She has also served as Regional Vice President of the Texas Realtors association, on the board of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and as President of the Irving/Las Colinas Association of Realtors. She is a recipient of the Easterwood Cup, the highest honor bestowed on a member by the MetroTex Association of Realtors.
Carolyn Rosson currently resides in Trophy Club with her husband, Barney, and their dachshund, Izzy B. She is a proud mother of an adult daughter and a doting grandmother to two adorable grandchildren.
