Carolyn Sarsen

Consistently ranked as a top producer, Carolyn was recently named among The Real Deal’s top 10 Greenwich agents for her sales. Over the course of her career, she has represented well over $1.3 billion in real estate transactions, and the Sarsen Team was responsible for representing the buyer in the $25 million sales of the Sabine Farm estate.

Carolyn listens and understands her clients and their goals, and she has the ability to easily match them with the perfect home. In addition to assisting home buyers and sellers, Carolyn is a trusted advisor with in-depth expertise in selling land and new construction formed through her 18 years as the exclusive agent to a renowned Greenwich builder.

Carolyn holds a degree in Special Education and her first career was working with deaf children and their families. She lived in Tokyo and Toronto with her husband and two sons and has traveled extensively during her lifetime. This has broadened her knowledge and understanding of people, which in turn, has helped in her career. She has been a full-time Greenwich resident for more than 40 years and is an active member of the community.
