11/04/2014 - Amity R. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Broken Arrow, OK. I met Carri randomly at an open house. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I decided I would use her in my home search. I contacted her with my search criteria and she sent me several homes that were exactly what I was looking for. I finally found the perfect home and she teamed up with the listing realtor to make sure everything went smoothly. On closing day she was ill and still came in to help us until the end. Not wanting to pay the full commission in selling my home, I enlisted the services of Carrie Ray with Trinity Properties. I found her to be professional, prompt and very willing to help with every aspect of the listing and sale of my property. 01/20/2015 - zuser20141107130759859 Sold a home in 2014 in Sequoyah, Claremore, OK 74017. After my house languished on the market with very little activity and no offers, I decided to try FSBO. I learned about Carri's service and felt like her rates were very fair. I am so glad I did! Carri is friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. I hope I never have to sell a property again, but if I do, I will list it FSBO and utilize Carri's service. You are able to list on MLS and all of the major websites. You also receive a yard sign and Carri is able to generate all the necessary legal paperwork for the contracts. She will also run comps, estimated net to sellers, and give you negotiation tips if you wish. After seeing the difference between giving up 5 to 7% for a realtor's commission versus busting my butt and doing it myself, I wouldn't even dream of giving up that type of cash! I actually was told by a realtor I interviewed, I'm not going to reinvent the wheel for you. Your house will either sell from the internet or it won't. In the end, it did not sell from the internet, but from good old-fashioned cold calling and guerrilla marketing. If you want to keep more of your own money and you are up for the task, go FSBO. Hire Carri!

She got our house on MLS (zillow etc), gave us a detailed listing of price comps so we knew how best to accurately price our home, gave us a realtor sign for the yard and a lock-box for the door. 9 days later and 1 Sunday open house and we had an offer that we accepted. She handled all the contractural aspects of the transaction and we were done. Saved us thousands that would have gone to a realtor who would have done essentially the exact same thing. Thanks Carri!
