Carrie was referred to me by a dear friend and it was the best decision I could have made. She gave me several references for every other entity needed to make the purchase of our home. Lender, Title Company, etc. Even gave me a solid reference to replace the existing carpet. She was responsive and very knowledgeable about the entire process. When she had a good idea, she gently persuaded me in that direction but still leaving it in my hands to decide. Once I selected the home and won the contract, from ratification to closing took less than six weeks. A big part of that was Carrie staying on top of the lender and Title Company. I could go on about how well she treated me during the process but simply put, she was the best!

As a first time home buyer and mother of 3. I had no idea on what I needed to buy a house. Carrie Davis made one the most important decisions of my life an easy one. Carrie was a great resource for me as a first time homebuyer. She explained each process of the transaction what to expect step by step. She was always available and negotiated a winning contract.
