Carrie is an absolutely amazing agent. She went above and beyond when it came to scheduling viewings around my crazy schedule and providing all information I need to know as a first-time homebuyer. She is a local Washingtonian and knows the area inside and out. She is very responsive to my needs and was excellent when it came down to submitting offers and going under contract. I love my new home and look forward to working with Carrie in the future! I will also be recommending Carrie to all of my friends!

Carrie was my agent in the purchase of a condo in Washington, D.C. in 2016. I found her to be intelligent, hard-working, informed, and punctual. She was willing to show and advise on may properties--I saw more than a dozen properties with her before selecting one--and with her assistance my wife and I managed to get the condo we wanted in a tight market and at a reasonable price.

I have purchased six homes and quite simply - Carrie Hillegass is the best realtor we have ever worked with - including my own father who is a licensed realtor! No one knows the market and community better than Carrie and when you work with her, you know she will address every one of your requests. Carrie is always available, even during the middle of a lacrosse tournament, and will fight like a pitbull for you in this current crazy, cut-throat real estate market. We turn to Carrie for finance questions, construction projects and always recommend her first to friends moving to the DC area.

If you're looking for an agent who know what she's doing and does it in the best interest of the client, look no further. I worked with Carrie in both the sale and purchase of a home and I could not have been happier. Not only was Carrie a great listener in our search for a new home but strategic in the sale of our existing home to assure a smooth transition between the two. Not only that, her pricing strategy for the sale of our home brought us the offer we accepted even before the open house took place - and this was well before the housing market exploded - so it did not happen by accident. Finally, when it came to the purchase of the home we're in now, Carrie was excellent at communicating our asks of the seller and getting us what we wanted at a price we desired.

It was such a pleasure to work with Carrie for a second time, first for a condo purchase and this time buying a house. Carrie was never ever late and always hustled for us!! She spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel rushed in our decision. We will be sad not to see her every week.
