Carrie (Larkin) Marxen's journey from her upbringing in Monmouth County to her thriving real estate career is a testament to her deep-rooted connection to the area and her unwavering commitment to community involvement. Growing up in Colts Neck and spending her summers in the charming town of Spring Lake, Carrie developed a profound appreciation for the beauty and culture of the area.

After graduating from Boston College, Carrie ventured to Hoboken and later to New York City where she embarked on her professional journey. Her trajectory led her to a prestigious boutique firm on Wall Street, where she honed her skills and eventually ascended to the role of Sales Trader. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into negotiation, a skill set that would prove indispensable in her future career. She approaches her work with empathy, always attuned to her clients' needs, and she is highly responsive to their goals.

In 1999, Carrie and her husband decided to move to Fair Haven, where they raised their two sons. Today, Carrie calls the neighboring town of Rumson her home.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Carrie has a rich history of volunteerism, having founded and served in leadership roles in various organizations. Her roles as Fair Haven PTA President and Co-founder of Friends Of Different Learners underscore her commitment to education and inclusion. She has also actively championed recreational spaces as a leader of Parents for Parks. Presently, she channels her energy towards supporting adults with developmental disabilities through her involvement with No Limits Cafe and Parents with a Plan.
