Carrie Sonderegger has been a resident of Palm Beach County for the past 25 years. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts where she met her husband Fred. As a member of the Wendi Davis Team, Carrie specializes in buying and selling homes throughout Palm Beach County from Boca Raton to Jupiter, Florida. Carrie and her husband, have raised three boys and have gone through every season of the home buying process from buying a home with young children to becoming empty-nesters and helping adult children navigate the homebuying process.
Having the firsthand experience of personally owning three homes, and going through the process of the buying and selling them, which she found to be a special and unique journey. This led her to becoming a Real Estate Consultant, at the recommendation of her friend, and now Team Leader, Wendi Davis.

Prior to getting into Real Estate, Carrie worked in the Health & Wellness field, which is a passion she still shares today with the members of Cascade Lakes Community, where her morning starts each day as a Personal Trainer. She holds a Bachelor degree from Palm Beach State in Health Management and Supervision, as well as certification in Sports Nutrition.
A true nature lover, when she’s not selling Real Estate, you can find her outside riding her gravel bike exploring trails, new beaches and nature, helping others improve their lives with health and nutrition, and spending time with her family.
