Carrie was raised in Hanover County, Virginia. As a native of the area, she truly loves all that Richmond has to offer and would love to help you find your home here! Carrie graduated from Virginia Tech and believes her Communication degree, with concentrations in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management, strongly complements her real estate business.
After a decade in the financial and legal industries, with considerable knowledge in corporate event planning, marketing campaigns, graphic design, and writing proposals, she transitioned to real estate. She has an eye for interior design and took her passion one step further working part-time at Pottery Barn, gaining hands-on styling and staging experience.
As a military spouse, and granddaughter of a Naval Reserve officer, Carrie received her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification to help members of the military find housing solutions that fit their needs. This makes moving faster, easier, and less stressful, while providing the best service possible to military families.
She loves historic architecture, timeless interiors, and appreciates the hard work that goes into updating, remodeling, and making a house feel like home.
Carrie has run 5 marathons -- including the New York City Marathon -- and 18 half marathons. Her favorite race is the Richmond Half each November. She and her family enjoy being on the water, hiking, live music, gardening, cooking, and visiting Virginia's wineries & breweries!
