CW started his adult life in 1997 as a fresh Naval Recruit from the Ozarks. After Completion of Aviation Structural Mechanics training in Pensacola, FL, CW began his career as an "airframer" at the now closed Naval Air Station Cecil Field, Fl. His attention to detail and dedication to a job being done properly the first time set the groundwork for a successful career in the US Navy. After multiple domestic and overseas Permanent Change of Stations (PCS) around the world and nine deployments to the Mediterranean Sea, North Atlantic, South Pacific, Western Pacific, and Southeast Asia, CW and his family transferred back to Jax, where he ended his Naval career as a staff member for Commander, Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing Atlantic at Naval Station Mayport. He served his final four years as the Commodore's MH-60R Seahawk East Coast Lead Airframes Advisor.
While serving in a Senior Enlisted advisement role, CW quickly learned that being honest and upfront with some of the Navy's highest-ranking Officers was always the best policy. He adopted the motto, Bad News Doesn't Get Better with Time. In 2017, he adopted the same motto as a REALTOR®. To this day, CW views his role as a Real Estate Agent as one of service. Understanding that buying and selling a home can be a person's largest financial transaction, CW draws on his experience as a Senior Enlisted leader to serve as the customer's advisor, not their sales representative.
