Carter Collison

Carter focuses on the operational component of both the firm’s current commercial real estate portfolio and potential acquisitions. Carter is an active member of an investment committee which oversees $300 million in acquisitions per year spread over 1031 exchanges and traditional garden-style apartments. In addition, he has managed multifamily portfolio dispositions as well as a Southeast single-family portfolio disposition for a major multifamily REIT. Prior to Collison Capital, Carter worked for McKinley Inc. as a commercial portfolio manager and receiver.

Carter holds both a B.S. in International Business & Finance and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
