Carter really cared about us and our home buying experience. He was very open and honest with his feelings about possible structural issues and things which could be a problem in the future. He stated, "I wouldn't sell a home I wouldn't live in". He was thoughtful, professional, quick to get back with any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable about the area and its surroundings, this made for better choices . We were able to get a home in under 3 weeks which is phenomenal. This is not our forever home and will definitely go to Carter for our next purchase along with recommending him to others. It was a great experience, thank you Carter!
