Outside of real estate, Carter is deeply rooted in his community. He owns and operates Takedown Lawn Care LLC, a business built on reliability, attention to detail, and hard work. From a young age, he developed a love for working with his hands—especially anything involving engines—which shaped his practical, problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic.

Carter also has a lifelong passion for wrestling and proudly coaches youth wrestling, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and teaching discipline, commitment, and perseverance.
