I am a resident of Martin County since 2001.. I have been a renter and a home owner. I have been on HOA (home owner association) boards and therefore know the ins and outs of various developments in Martin and St Lucie Counties. I have lived in Palm Beach county several years and know that are as well. I did a lot of short sales during the 2008-2011 years and take classes all the time to keep up with what is new.
I find be a real estate broker is not just a job but a passion. I love homes, love the construction of homes and love updating homes. I am also a Specialty contractor and thus can give a lot of helpful advice with homes that perhaps need a little more love than others.
