Cary Fabrikant brings 25 years of real estate experience to Breslin Realty, where he focuses on landlord and tenant representation. A graduate of Dwight York Prep and Syracuse University, Mr. Fabrikant made his name in the residential and commercial market. He previously handled sale leasebacks for United Trust Fund in Miami, Florida, where he was one of the top-producing representatives and, most recently, he served as a licensed real estate sales person for Town Residential.
Mr. Fabrikant also possesses a first-hand understanding of the retail business as he comes from a family of restaurant and store owners. Along with his mother, Mr. Fabrikant owned and operated The Farmer’s Daughter and Son, a high-end men’s and women’s clothing store that operated on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for 38 years. His brother owned and operated a clothing store, inclusive of a café, for over 35 years in Hanover, New Hampshire.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fabrikant has maintained a reputation for honesty, integrity and follow through that makes him an asset to clients on both sides of the lease transaction. Even outside of his work, Mr. Fabrikant has proven himself to go above and beyond, raising money for several different organizations dedicated to cancer research.
