Having moved down from the State of New York, I was not familiar with the area. Finding a realtor like Cary was a gift. Cary handled the sale of my Wilton Manors condo for me while I was at my other home in DC. Within days after listing, we got a full-price offer. Cary arranged for remote contract signing and answered questions quickly to smooth the process. He also negotiated the sale of the furnishings in my condo.
