Cary Glenn

Cary Glenn is one of Laguna Beach’s most successful real estate agents with over 25 years of experience. Cary graduated from University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and went to work for General Electric Corporation in their lighting division immediately upon graduating. During his tenure, he held positions as Sales Associate, Regional Marketing Manager, and Senior Manager of National Accounts. After 10 years with GE he went to work for Genlyte Corporation as Director of Marketing and Manufacturing and was eventually promoted to Vice President of sales. In this role he was responsible for $800 million in sales. After 4 years at Genlyte he was recruited by Cooper Industries Lighting Group as the Vice President of Sales for the Western Region and was responsible for sales, distribution and marketing. In 1992, he started his own lighting manufacturing representative company. Cary sold the company after 9 years of ownership, during which time he grew the business to sales of over $75 million. In 2001 Cary started Main Beach Realty in the heart of Laguna Beach. Throughout the years, he has prided himself on positioning his company as a premier “boutique” real estate firm. Main Beach Realty specializes in residential and commercial sales in addition to rentals and property management. At all times, he ensures the primary focus is the client, making sure to take of all their real estate needs.
