Cary has a diverse background and experience representing clients in a broad range of property types, including luxury homes, architecturally significant and historic properties, equestrian properties, new construction, multi-family and commercial real estate. Cary is a second-generation realtor who has been immersed in real estate her entire life. Her mother, Gwen Simons, has over 30 years of experience as a successful real-estate agent while her father’s family is involved in residential and commercial construction. Her family background along with her previous work experience has fueled Cary’s passion for the real estate industry and established a powerful network of contacts that now inform and empower her practice. She previously managed marketing, graphic design, public relations and photography for an architectural firm and construction company. Simons earned a B.F.A. degree in Graphic Design and Marketing with a minor in Art History from West Chester University.
