Saying "Caryn was great to work with" is an understatement. For the home buying process you will be pleased to work with such a responsive and knowledgable individual. She was helpful at every turn of the home buying process and made what many call a stressful process one of peace and calm. We are blessed to have found and bought our house, and now making new memories in our home.

I was very fortunate to connect with Caryn as my buyer's agent. She was very knowledgable about the Pittsburgh market and guided me to neighborhoods that met my needs and desires. This was especially helpful because I am not originally from the area. Once I found the property I wanted, she used her market insight and expert negotiating skills to ensure that I had the very best possible chance to have my offer accepted. The housing market in Pittsburgh was extremely competitive this past summer, and despite the chaos and competition among buyers, I was able to get the house I really wanted. Once the offer was accepted, Caryn set up an automated tracking system that made every subsequent step of the closing process transparent and simple. I recommend her most highly and without reservation!

Caryn gets it. She is quick, efficient, and professional. And I can't stress enough the importance of working with a nimble realtor who gets it...because not many realtors genuinely click with you. Not only Caryn did an excellent job helping me get everything completed promptly, but she also went above and beyond when unexpected speedbumps appeared.

As a first-time home buyer, I bombarded Caryn with questions, emails, and texts, and she was always on it. I was able to go from offer to closing in 4 weeks. Working with her was a great experience, and I look forward to working with Caryn Carson for my next home sale/purchase.

I was a first time home buyer and didn’t know much of anything about buying a home. However, Caryn is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and kind. She is everything that you want and need in a realtor. She was there for any questions or concerns that I needed address and got back to me very quickly. Caryn has made a stressful process a lot smoother for myself and my family. Her and her team have been awesome to work with to say the least. I would HIGHLY recommend Caryn!

Caryn was the perfect agent to help us find our new home! She was recommended to us by a friend, and I am so glad that we got to work together. Caryn was always super quick to respond when we wanted to see a property, and she made sure that we knew all of the details about every home that we toured and what that would mean for us. If she didn't have an answer, she would promptly reach out to the listing agent and secure the needed info. Once we found the home we wanted, she walked us through every step of the offer, contract, inspection, and closing processes. We felt included and informed every step of the way. She helped us to put in the best offer possible and negotiated the items that had a big impact on us - like helping to secure seller's assist on the purchase of a new roof. I absolutely recommend Caryn if you are looking for a home in the Pittsburgh area!

Any move can be a challenge. A move to a new city (in my case) can add another layer of stress. Add to that, a move during a a pandemic. With Caryn the process was painless, efficient, and professional. A wonderful agent to work with: patient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.
