Caryn Sendera

Caryn is committed to finding you your unique Tampa home. Caryn has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1993 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2009. She lived in Temple Terrace during her first three years here, while attending and graduating from the University of South Florida. Then, she moved to the South Tampa area for ten years and currently lives in the St. Petersburg area.

Aside from real estate, Caryn also owns a glass company in South Tampa, giving her many experiences with working with clients in new construction as well as commercial workers. Working alongside her partner Steve Armstrong, Caryn has come to appreciate helping people find their unique Tampa home and carries a strong determination to find a “dream home” for each client. Her experience in the glass business has contributed to her specialties of new construction and the residential market.

Caryn currently lives in Venetian Isles- she loves Downtown St. Pete, living on the water, the weather, and the safe, family-oriented neighborhood.
