She is excellent at communication in particular, which, since we were purchasing our new home long distance, was a key factor. She treated us like family and worked countless hours to ensure we got the home we really wanted. Although our home buying process was not a normal one Casey and her team made the process easy on our end. I can not recommend Casey and her team enough. Casey Gracie provided us with exceptional service and work ethic as our realtor. I can easily say we would have not sold our house without her tireless efforts. We had tried a different realtor previously, but didn’t receive one offer and communication was poor at best.
Casie updated us regularly, met with us when needed and explained the process in ways that made sense. The house escrow fell through twice, but Casie hustled and called all people who had expressed interest and found us a solid buyer and worked beyond her job description to make it happen. We closed yesterday with Casey at our side during the signing.
Casey is a 5 star realtor who will give you her full attention with your buying or selling needs.

Casey was available for all home showings, questions, concerns, requests and recommendations from Day 1 to Closing Day. She quickly scheduled home showings which is ultimately important in today's market with houses often going into contract within days of being listed. All questions and concerns were responded to promptly and explained in a manner that was easily understood. Being a demanding person who wants be know what is currently happening and what is happening next in the process, Casey met all expectations. Casey has a very pleasant personality which never change regardless of the number of questions or requests that were thrown at her. The entire home buying process with Casey was very professional and top notch. I highly recommend Casey to anyone.

There are so many things that make working with Casey an experience that anyone looking for good service would crave. Sometimes in today's modern world, it is so hard to find someone who will pay attentjon to detail and truly listen to what is important to the client. My husband and I were in the market for our first home  and we really needed education on what to look for. She definitely delivered and took time to find us the perfect place for us.
