Having lived in Park City, UT for 23 years I've gotten to know the real estate market well. I've bought, sold, built, remodeled and renovated many homes in the area so I understand the process of working with the local building & planning departments as well as the uniqueness of each neighborhood and area. This allows me to understand things from both the buyer's and seller's point of view. I have a special love for finding the potential in a property, envisioning something others may not.
