Simply put...call Casey; she's amazing!!!

I'll start by saying that I'm not a "5-star review by default" type of person, but Casey did a marvelous job and earned each and every star!

She helped us with both the sale of our existing home, and the purchase of our new home, and she was fantastic throughout the process. She was super responsive, and really helped guide us through the sale process (this was our first time selling a home)...I felt like there was no such thing as a dumb question, and she was very clear and understanding of our proposals and requests (all while having to work amidst the COVID restrictions, mind you). Through her diligent efforts and her understanding of the area and market, she got our home sold super fast and with an offer that met all of our requests (it was basically our dream offer).

Casey was fantastic to work with. Aside from being super friendly, she was professional, super responsive, and very proactive (she seemed to be able to see potential issues before they arose and had a plan A and plan B to address potential items). During the process of purchasing our new home, Casey went above and beyond (once again) to do her best to make sure all of our requests were met. In fact, the seller's agent separately provided me with some unsolicited feedback about how great Casey was and that Casey was clearly looking out for our best interests (something that can't be said for all agents, unfortunately).

Casey has definitely earned our loyalty; we're calling her for our next home sale/purchase, without question.

From the moment we sent our very first email about possibly selling our house to the moment we closed, Casey was with us every step of the way! We were first time sellers and didn’t have a clue to go about it. Casey was such a pleasure to work with. She was there for us and we felt like we weren’t just one of her clients. She really made a personal connection while showing utmost professionalism. We sold the house right away and we couldn’t have done it without Casey!!

I have been working with Ms. Zobrist for several years now, and she is absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, very patient, courteous, amenable, and just an overall consummate professional to work with. When you work with a professional such as Ms. Zobrist, you will not be sorry - the trust that she built with me and my family has been absolutely key! If you have an opportunity to work with her, you will be well taken care of - she treats you like you are a member of her own family! Her industry real estate knowledge is foundational, her work ethic and personal aptitude for caring about others, is EXCEPTIONAL!
