As a first-time buyers, we struggled to purchase our first home. After recently relocating to Portland, we were cautious of the crazy sellers market, and also unsure of what to expect when purchasing a home. After working early on with a realtor that wasn’t a good match, often applying tense pressure to offer on homes we weren’t sure about, we were thankfully referred to Locker Properties. We were lucky enough to partner with Cassidy Campanian on our house hunting journey, and she made our experience so incredibly special. Not only was she knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and incredibly patient, she was a trusted sounding board when we were making decisions. She genuinely cared about us finding a home we loved, and she was dedicated to the journey with us. With Cassidy’s guidance, we were able to find an absolutely perfect home – which I remember when Cassidy sent me the listing I said “1/2 of Portland is going to be making offers on this home”. Cassidy was supportive, measured, and encouraging every step of the way, all along ensuring us we would find the right home. When the day comes that we decide to sell, Cassidy will absolutely be the first person I call.

We have used several realtors in the past, from start to finish Cassidy was professional, thoughtful, competent and a pleasure having her list our property. It sold above asking, with some issues that she quickly helped us handle. Only one agent is our eyes. CASSIDY!!!!!

Cassidy was hands down a supreme and top notch agent. We used her for both listing AND buying. She ensured we found a home that really fit our ideals. She was always willing to meet us and had us seeing new listings promptly. When it came time to the purchase and sale- it was smooth sailing and we didn’t feel any hassle. On the sale side, she helped lightly stage our house and got us a high asking price with wonderful negotiations and we closed on time. She’s so warm, personal, and friendly.
