Cassie is the absolute best! We have worked with a few other realtors before, and Cassie stands out from the crowd. Before beginning, Cassie initiated a conversation with us about what we were looking for, what our expectations were, what we hadn't loved about other realtors, etc. We wanted to have the conversation with her as well, and we were impressed that she initiated it before we had the chance. After that conversation, and before we agreed to work together, Cassie took her own time to go check out some open houses that fit what we were looking for to see if we thought they might be worth us looking at. The fact that she went out of her way to do this even before we decided to work with her spoke volumes and illustrates how dedicated Cassie is to her clients.

While we were in escrow Cassie was key in arranging inspectors, contractors, and repair people to come out to the house, and she has fantastic contacts and referrals for having been in the business for so long. When some issues were uncovered with the house, Cassie tried her hardest to save the deal, although ultimately we chose to pull out of escrow. Less than a week later, Cassie helped us find a second home, which we have now closed on. Throughout the entire process, Cassie went above and beyond our expectations. She loves what she does and it shows. When we finally got the keys to our house, Cassie surprised us with the most thoughtful gift basket of things she had noticed us discussing and noted that we liked. It was the cherry on top!

We would recommend Cassie to everyone we know. She will go the distance for her clients and it was key to have her in our corner. We can't wait to have her over once our new home is set up!

In today’s world, real estate agents are a dime a dozen; but finding a true professional is worth its weight in gold. Cassie was 100% that professional for us. Cassie was referred to us after selling both our son’s and our daughter’s homes for well above asking price. She is up-to-date on all of the latest trends and technology but for us, it was her calm, down to earth willingness to walk us through this process at a pace we were comfortable with that impressed us most. Opening up our home, and our finances to the scrutiny of the world was well beyond our comfort level. Cassie saw this right away, and as a result, she was willing to do everything in person with pen and paper! An expert in Real Estate and Financial Markets as well as Home Repair and with a Flair for Decorating to impress even the fussiest of taste, Cassie’s calm demeanor to sooth ruffled feathers and her Iron Will to stand her ground during negotiations were evident at every turn. Cassie is always there for her clients, no matter the need. She has found, vetted and scheduled various professional tradesmen as needed, decorated our home, to the point we barely recognized it, and done it all with kindness. Even after her 'work' is done, Cassie continues to check in on her clients (who often become friends) making sure they are happy and doing well. There is no way to truly express the trust and peace that Cassie evokes. You may go into this daunting arena of real estate with fear and anxiety, but when you bring Cassie Bedore on to lead your team, you will quickly relax in the knowledge that you are in the very best hands possible.

Was a very pleasant working relationship! She earned her commission! She was absolutely fantastic! Got $13,000 over the asking price cash deal! She truly fights for and takes care of her clients! Would use her in again in a heartbeat! The entire process was definitely a five star professional experience! From start to finish! The video and pics of my property were outstanding! Cassie is a gem. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. We trusted her recommendations through the whole selling process and it paid off. She helped us receive top dollar for our house. She brought in professional photographers and even helped with some staging. After selling the house and a few months later we incurred a problem with our water company. Even though it had absolutely nothing to do with Cassie, she stepped in and was able to get the issue resolved when she didn’t have to. Cassie truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We couldn’t be more grateful for all she has done!!

I cannot refer a better real estate agent! Cassie went above and beyond for my husband and I to close a deal that proved to be time consuming and difficult. Cassie sold our mobile home that my mom had lived in. It seemed to me that she put as much time and effort into selling a rather inexpensive mobile home than any other more costly property. And she sold it for over the asking price!!! We highly recommend Cassie Bedore.
