I am a wife, a mom of three toddlers, and an Air Force Veteran who is originally from Orlando, Florida. Due to all the diversity in my life, I feel like I can connect with people on a level that is often sought out but sadly not always found. My desire for wanting to learn more about how to heal naturally and nutrition lead me to pursue my degree in Alternative Medicine where I discovered the great importance of self-care and my passion for Feng Shui.
