Cat Bailey

Originally from Kansas City, Cat graduated from Syracuse University and then Kansas University School of Law before moving to Southern California.

A Real Estate Broker since 2000, Cat spent the bulk of her professional life as an attorney, primarily in the area of securities litigation. Earlier in her legal career, Cat served as General Counsel for a local San Diego commercial real estate start-up where she was instrumental in rolling up over $250 Million in retail properties in under one year. To the delight of its investors, the company's growth led to its rapid purchase by a much larger company – due in part to Cat's strong negotiation and relationship building skills.

Cat continues to use those skills in working with buyers and sellers. Now specializing in residential real estate, Cat has cultivated a strong support team to ensure the best possible home buying experience for her clients. With her balanced approach to reaching successful closings, Cat truly cares about her clients and is committed to building lifelong relationships through her integrity, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills and perseverance. Since making the move to real estate, Cat has been honored repeatedly for her high production.

A former elite triathlete, Cat remains an avid runner as well as a very happy wife and an extremely proud mother.
