Cat is amazing. She understood that with a baby coming we needed a house asap, but it had to be perfect. She listened to what we were looking for and found us our perfect home! She secured us with a solid offer, and made sure we were all good on the mortgage side. She knew all answers and went over everything with us. As first time home buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Looking forward to working with Cat in the future!

I cannot say enough about Cat Bond. I would rate her 10 stars if I could. She is the epitome of professionalism, true compassion and true talent. When I started my journey to search for a home, I was planning on renting; Cat believed in me and said “we can do this” and we did! I was referred to Cat by a friend and from our first encounter I knew that she had the best interest of me and my family. I purchased a home that I only dreamed of on the Main Line. Cat surrounds herself with only the best from the lender to the team that helped me closed. Communication was on point as if she was right by my side each step. I wasn't looking to buy but I saw one of Cat's listings and was curious so I when to the open house to check it out.
