Catherine is an incredible real estate agent; we were not sure what to expect as we started the process of home hunting back in 2012. We knew the Bay Area real estate game was a different ball game , and Catherine was amazing throughout the entire process.

She was extremely patient in answering all our questions right from the start.Always available over text/call and the turn around time for her responses is simply amazing!

Extremely professional in the way she manages all the tasks that need to be done to make a successful offer. She is always on-time & punctual for all her appointments.She is always one step ahead, responsive, and has always made time for us.She explains the pros and cons of each approach and lets us take our time before making an informed decision.She is very insightful during the house tours we did with her, also has great ideas for future projects we could do. Her report on every property was also quite helpful and thorough.She respected our preferences and budget constraints while making offers and has great negotiation skills!

Catherine made every step of a very stressful process painfree and enjoyable. She is not only an excellent real estate agent but also a kind, interesting, and wonderful person. We really enjoyed spending time with her and having her guide us through the home buying process.

As a first-time home buyer we felt at ease working with her and are extremely glad that we chose Catherine as our realtor. We would definitely recommend Catherine.
