Awesome experience !!!!!!!!! 👍Had the wonderful opportunity to work with Catalina on securing my rental property. She is absolutely amazing! Very hands on and attentive. Also respond in a timely fashion. She answers all questions and concerns. She's very warm, polite and Very professional. HANDS DOWN RECOMMEND HER!!!!👍Reached out concerning a rental on Wednesday, had a showing that following Friday, Locked the property in Saturday and Got my keys today!!! All in a week's time. Catalina is amazing. As a real estate investor, I have had multiple transactions with her, dating back over 10 years. She is always so accessible, thoughtful, thorough, organized and truly really experienced. She makes all real estate transactions (buy, sell, negotiation) easy, and she looks out for your best interests! She puts in all the extra effort and time even when it is not her obligation. I was completely overwhelmingly pleased with the personal and professional attention Catalina paid In assisting me in the sale of my home, (want to mention that Catalina was my realtor in 2015 when I purchased the townhouse). She said right from the beginning "we are a team!",(A phrase you hear so often in life, but rarely true). We worked in complete concert throughout the entire process. She was always present and available for whatever I needed. She didn't shy away from being honest and giving her professional opinion about each and every option.
