Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, Cathie later moved to Alaska, where she started her family, before settling in Murrieta, California. She raised five sons, proudly watched them build careers in service, law enforcement, and family life, and is now a proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren — so far!
Before beginning her real estate career, Cathie retired after 20 years with the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner/Public Administrator’s Office. Her experience as an estate investigator and later as a Deputy Public Administrator gave her valuable insight into probate, estate matters, family transitions, and the importance of protecting assets with care and integrity.
After relocating to Arizona, Cathie began her second career as a REALTOR® with HomeSmart, one of the largest real estate brokerages in the Phoenix Metro area. Today, she combines her real estate knowledge, life experience, and heart for helping people as a trusted partner for clients who are buying, selling, downsizing, relocating, or navigating life’s next chapter.
