Can't say enough good things about Catherine and our experience working with her. Prior to working with Catherine we had another realtor who was fine and would meet most people’s needs but didn’t add much value to our house hunting process besides scheduling viewings. We ended up actually meeting Catherine because we almost put an offer on one of her homes but it was our first day of looking so we didn’t. 6 months down the road I still couldn’t over how amazing the home she built was and all the small but important details it had that all the other new development condos were missing. I reached out to her and found out is she a developer and was the general contractor on the beautiful two condo project she built, but she is also a realtor.

The very first property she showed us let us know we’d made the right call. Not only is she very friendly and smart, but she also understands buildings and construction as well as the market in general. She was patient with us, never tried to pressure us to buy anything and most importantly she helped us understand the pros and cons of each place we visited. She knew the questions to ask to the seller when visiting the property and I can’t tell you how much we appreciated this! If you are thinking of buying, I highly recommend Catherine and when the time comes to buy another place in Chicago, it will be with Catherine.
